Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Minga London pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring the package is sealed tightly to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
